Mouth tape to practice nostril breathing - lots of benefits for this! (any brand will do, this is what I currently have).
"Bon Charge" Blue light blocking glasses 'Melissa' (for evening wear)
Sunlamp alarm clock (this one is lightweight + easy to travel with)
LARGE sleep mask. I have an "Orihea" from Amazon, but i can't find it anymore. This "onaEz" one is very similar.
Satin pillow cases (great for your hair, they're softer & cause less breakages).

Activewear + Yoga
APL (Athletic Propulsion Lab) Trainers. Bright & fun, my FAVE for working out.
HOKA: Best RUNNING trainers I've ever had. Like running on clouds. (The trail runners are amazing too!)
Liforme yoga mat. Incredible quality, grippy & lots of beautiful colours/ patterns. (I have this one)

Menstrual Cup: a sustainable, toxin-free alternative to pads and tampons. I absolutely LOVE these! This particular one is from BeYou. There are lots of great options:

Period pants: I love these for wearing to bed. You just wash them and they're good as new!
Again, lots of amazing brands, I have these Bambody ones, which I got on Amazon, pack of 3 for about £20. (They work perfectly, but I also don't have super heavy periods).

Biz + Organisation
Blue Yeti usb Microphone (recording trainings, podcasts etc)
Blue Yeti NANO usb Microphone (smaller version, better for travelling)
Samson wireless microphone (for yoga online classes) (I got this in a store, but there're on Amazon)
Microsoft Ergonomic keyboard + mouse. (It works with my mac laptop). Great for posture/ bad wrists.
Laptop stand. There's lots of these on places like Amazon. I have this one.
The Legend Planner. The most beautiful planner EVER!
Yachting Bits & Bobs
The North Face duffel bag (medium)
Universal multiplug (ideally with an EU/US plug, if not, buy an EU/US plug adapter). You'll want more plug sockets! (Check what plugs your boat has)

Portable external USB hard drive. If you have a laptop, get a hard drive as people will have lots of movies you can put on it to watch! (I have a Seagate 1TB)
3.5m aux extension cord. (To extend your headphones into your laptop/ tv)

Travel luggage organiser bags. Really good to keep your stuff organised.
HDMI to USB C cable. Plug your laptop into a TV. (Check if you need a HDMI > HDMI OR HDMI > USB C.

You don't NEED any of this, I just personally found it really helpful to keep all of my stuff organised in yachting.
Definitely take a collapsable suitcase though, as there isn't much space onboard to store luggage & they won't thank you for taking a big hard case!
